Grabau Construction, Inc.     “Building Buildings, Building Communities”           Kevin Porter, Co-Owner of Grabau Construction, Inc. is attending the Boone Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program. This program is a 10-week program that covers seven core subjects: Education, Business/Industry, Human Needs, Community Sustainability, Government, Quality of Life and Agriculture. Along with classroom instruction, site tours will provide a hands-on experience, while guest speakers will educate and motivate the attendees to move beyond the program.           Since 1946, R.H. Grabau Construction has been serving the needs of Central Iowa. The expertise gained from 65 years of excellence is demonstrated in hundreds of projects, from banks and office buildings to churches, schools and almost everything in between. Now under new ownership, Eric Hammer, Kevin Porter and Mary Youngblood will be carrying on the long tradition of excellency at Grabau Construction. Eric Hammer has been with the company for 24 years and is responsible for overseeing estimating and project management. Kevin Porter has been with the company for 28 years and is responsible for field supervision. Mary Youngblood has been with the company for 37 years and is responsible for financial operations.
